The Assistant Manager of Claim Optimization & Transformation is responsible for multiple dimensions of claims operations. Key job types and tasks include:
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyze claims data to identify trends, high-cost driver, operational risk, and improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards and management reports for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and optimization initiatives.
Claims Process Optimization
Analyze end-to-end claims processes to identify inefficiencies, bottleneck, and leakage.
Design and implement process improvements, SOP enhancements, and control mechanisms.
Define, monitor, and report key claims performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, productivity, error rate, and leakage rate.
Support standardization and best practice across claims operations.
Claims Transformation & Digital Initiatives
Lead or support claims transformation projects, including automation, workflow optimization, OCR/AI-based document processing, and rule-based decision systems.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements for IT and system vendors.
Coordinate UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support for new systems and tools.
Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
In house develop RPA to automatize claim process.
Support project as assigned.
Perform other duties or special assignment as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields. (we value diversity of background)
5-8 years of experience in claims, operation improvement, process optimization, or transformation role within insurance, healthcare service, or financial services is advantage.
Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and regulatory requirements.
