This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced actuary or data specialist to transform the traditional actuarial workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. You will utilize your deep understanding of the entire valuation process to identify and implement process improvements opportunities. You will be directly involved in the end-to-end process of turning ideas into automated solutions and dashboards. Depending on your experience, the scope may expand to include leading strategic projects. The position requires close collaboration with core actuarial functions, including Finance, IT teams, Pricing, Regional and External Contractors, as well as regular engagement with senior management to ensure that the solutions developed are aligned with organizational priorities and have direct visibility at the executive level.

• Excellent Understanding of the Valuation Process
  In-depth knowledge of the actuarial valuation process, including assumption setting and monitoring, modeling, result aggregation and analysis, capital reporting, NBV reporting, and reinsurance.
• Identify Process Improvement Opportunities
  Ability to critically assess current production processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Hands-on Implementation of the Opportunities
  Executing improvements using automation tools to enhance efficiency and result transparency.
  Ability to creating actuarial results dashboards.
• Database:
  Ability to establish and maintain an actuarial database for historical valuation results and managing data for actuarial analysis and reporting
• Project Management:
  Experience in project management, including resource planning, work progress updates, UAT and impact assessment.
