Business Project Management

Responsibilities

Lead new business project / existing partner projects to ensure deliverables qualities and on-time delivery.
Gather requirements from related parties and ensure alignment with business objectives. To get appropriate solutions or journey.
Initiate plan and provide possible options to maximize business results by mapping business processes, identifying process improvement opportunities, analyzing benefits/risks, implementing and testing solutions to ensure desired outcome.
Collaborate with the IT Department to provide clear requirements from business side, create test case, develop test scenario for UAT and PVT scope.
Create execution plan to deliver business strategy to drive distribution and profitable growth
Accountable and responsible to manage business projects to ensure execution excellence
Create communication materials for updates the change to sales and partner.
Arrange meetings with clients on a regular basis with key deliverables according to plan.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, Business Analyst preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
Strong understanding of bancassurance models and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Actionable plans & initiative to expand business with account under responsibility
Create communication materials for updates the change to sales and partner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
