Develop team capabilities and ensure appropriate workload allocation and backup coverage.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n    \n    <li><strong>Continuous Improvement and Performance Management<\/strong>\n        <ul>\n            <li>Develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end business processes to identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n            <li>Lead root-cause analysis, process redesign, standardization, and automation initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, customer experience, and control effectiveness.<\/li>\n            <li>Establish process and team performance-monitoring routines covering service levels, turnaround time, backlog, productivity, quality, rework, defects, incidents, and project performance. Monitor improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and agreed benefits to ensure sustainable outcomes.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n    \n    <li><strong>Routine Operational Controls<\/strong>\n        <ul>\n            <li>Ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels, with proper reconciliation, complete supporting evidence, appropriate access controls, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n            <li>Monitor outstanding items and promptly escalate discrepancies, potential AML matches, overdue cases, system issues, and other exceptions in accordance with approved procedures, and related compliance decisions remain with authorized Compliance, AML, or AFC owners.<\/li>\n            <li>Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve process efficiency and sustainability.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-003000a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"003000a\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-84a0484\" data-id=\"84a0484\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5f3ad5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5f3ad5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qualification<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30de9d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30de9d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
