  <li>Analyze claim process and business requirement of relevant project from business owner.<\/li>\n    <li>Analyze production issue after promotion and manage to fix it with related party to re-run the UAT.<\/li>\n    <li>Prepare scenario and test case for the UAT.<\/li>\n    <li>Handle UAT of claim operation project, manage to deliver within SLA.<\/li>\n    <li>Prepare gap analysis summary to escalate to business owner for their further action of new requirement.<\/li>\n    <li>Feedback UAT quality and issue to Manager for further action.<\/li>\n    <li>Support project as assigned.<\/li>\n    <li>Perform other duties or special assignment as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol> initiative skill, good communication, service mind, proactive team work, ability to work with under pressure.<\/li>\n    <li>Fair English language<\/li>\n    <li>Excellent Computer skill : Ms Office,
