Ownership:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n  <li>Own the health, stability, performance, and lifecycle management of distribution systems.<\/li>\n  <li>Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance requirements are met.<\/li>\n  <li>Drive continuous improvement, technical debt reduction, modernization, and platform optimization initiatives.<\/li>\n  <li>Oversee release management, production support, incident resolution, and root cause remediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>People Leadership:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n  <li>Lead a cross-functional team comprising Business Analysts, business analysis, systems implementation, application delivery, or technology management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n  <li>Proven experience leading cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, QA engineers, and external vendors.<\/li>\n  <li>Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or digital distribution environments is highly preferred.<\/li>\n  <li>Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.<\/li>\n  <li>Solid knowledge of cloud-based architectures, system integration, APIs, middleware, microservices, databases, and enterprise application architecture.<\/li>\n  <li>Experience in application support, incident management, root cause analysis, service reliability, and operational excellence.<\/li>\n  <li>Proven track record in technology modernization, process automation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.<\/li>\n  <li>Understanding of information security, IT risk management, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.<\/li>\n  <li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
