The QA Manager works closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, reduce production defects, and support successful solution delivery. The role also provides guidance to QA team members, monitors testing progress, and drives continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.<\/p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4><h4>Quality Assurance Management<\/h4><ul><li>Manage and oversee QA activities across projects, system enhancements, releases, and BAU initiatives.<\/li><li>Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet defined quality standards.<\/li><li>Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and vendors to support successful project delivery.<\/li><li>Monitor QA resource allocation, workload, and testing progress.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Test Planning &amp; Execution<\/h4><ul><li>Lead the preparation of test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.<\/li><li>Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, user acceptance support, and non-functional testing where applicable.<\/li><li>Review test results and confirm readiness for production deployment.<\/li><li>Identify testing risks and implement mitigation actions.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Defect Management &amp; Quality Control<\/h4><ul><li>Establish and manage defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and resolution processes.<\/li><li>Monitor defect trends and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.<\/li><li>Ensure critical defects are resolved before production deployment.<\/li><li>Support root cause analysis for production issues and drive corrective actions.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Test Automation &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/h4><ul><li>Drive adoption of test automation to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release quality.<\/li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize testing tools, processes, and methodologies.<\/li><li>Promote shift-left testing practices and early quality involvement throughout the SDLC.<\/li><li>Continuously improve QA standards, templates, and best practices.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Stakeholder &amp; Delivery Collaboration<\/h4><ul><li>Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure testability.<\/li><li>Participate in project planning, release planning, and sprint activities.<\/li><li>Provide regular updates on testing status, quality risks, and readiness for release.<\/li><li>Support business users during UAT and production verification activities.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Governance &amp; Compliance<\/h4><ul><li>Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.<\/li><li>Maintain test documentation and quality evidence for compliance and governance purposes.<\/li><li>Track and report QA KPIs, including test coverage, defect leakage, automation coverage, and release quality metrics.<\/li><li>Support internal and external audits related to application quality and testing controls.<\/li><\/ul><h4>AI-Augmented &amp; Digital Competencies:<\/strong>\n    <ol type=\"a\">\n      <li>Understanding of AI-augmented testing, automated test generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test analysis techniques.<\/li>\n      <li>Ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities for test automation, documentation, and quality assurance processes.<\/li>\n      <li>Experience working with AI agents or autonomous testing solutions is an advantage.<\/li>\n      <li>Strong awareness of responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, and governance requirements.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n  <\/li>\n\n  <li><strong>Leadership &amp;
