areas<\/li><li>Meet with sales team of each partner under responsible areas on regular basis to formulate sales plan and actions to achieve target<\/li><li>Support sellers in all sales related matters to ensure smooth sales and after sales process<\/li><li>Initiate new ideas to improve sales productivity under responsible areas<\/li><li>Responsible for product knowledge and sales techniques improvement for sellers<\/li><li>Deliver sales volume and other key drivers per target set<\/li><li>Working closely with Generali internal team to find best solutions to maximize business volume<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section function of financial institutions \/ Banca from Insurance industry<\/li><li>Having Own car and be able to work in Upcountry (Songkhla, Suratthani,Trang ,Krabi ,Pukhet)<\/li><li>Have clear communication skill with positive and can-do attitude<\/li><li>Understanding Life insurance\/ Banking \/ Investment is a plus<\/li><li>Must have IC License<\/li><li>Good at MS ppt \/ excel<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7143839 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"
