Well-coordinating with Group Operation Team (Policy Servicing Team and Claim Team) and maintaining customer satisfaction according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA)<\/li><li>Checks and verifies a proper premium in accordance with underwriting guideline in order to ensure the profitability of the company.
