strategies.<\/li><li>Prepare and present strategic sales reports, including Hot Prospect forecasts and pipeline tracking, to senior leadership.<\/li><li>Mentor junior team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and performance improvement.<\/li><li>Manage multi-country proposals and renewals, working closely with regional offices and global networks (GEB).<\/li><li>Act as a key contact for global broker networks, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration on multinational cases.<\/li><li>Facilitate communication across time zones and cultures, ensuring timely responses and consistent service quality.<\/li><li>Coordinate cross-border insurance solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements.<\/li><li>Develop and deliver advanced sales presentations and toolkits for strategic accounts.<\/li><li>Represent the company at industry forums, broker events, and client meetings to build long-term prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.<\/li><li>Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.<\/li><li>Cross-cultural communication skills and sensitivity to diverse business practices.<\/li><li>Experience with global employee benefits networks (e.g., GEB, MAXIS, IGP) is highly desirable.<\/li><li>Strong project management skills to handle complex, multi-country
