Lead product development initiatives across all distribution channels, with a strong focus on Unit Linked products, aligned with company strategy.
Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and strategic opportunities to identify product gaps and propose innovative solutions.
Provide data-driven insights and research support to the actuarial team for product pricing and design.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and propose differentiated product concepts, especially in the investment-linked space.
Translate high-level business requirements into actionable product specifications.
Product Implementation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Investment, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Distribution) to ensure smooth product implementation and readiness.
Review and support the development of product materials, functional specifications, training content, and operational guidelines.
Product Monitoring
Lead and manage ad-hoc product development projects, including enhancements to existing Unit Linked offerings.
Monitor product performance and market feedback, and provide insights to management and relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in life insurance product development; experience with Unit Linked products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of investment-linked insurance structures, fund selection, and customer value propositions.
Familiarity with sales and marketing dynamics in the life insurance industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
