การดาวน์โหลดหนังสือรับรองการชำระเบี้ยฯ (Tax Certificate)

How to request for the Payment Certificate (for Tax Certificate)?

1. ดาวน์โหลดผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น GEN 365 

  1. สามารถดาวน์โหลดแอป GEN 365  Click หรือค้นหาคำว่า GEN 365 ที่หน้า App Store และ Play Store
  2. ลงทะเบียนเป็นผู้ใช้ GEN 365 ด้วย เลขที่บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน 13 หลัก
  3. ไปที่เมนูหลัก จากนั้น เลือกเมนู “Tax Certificate” จะพบข้อมูลกรมธรรม์ ที่สามารถขอหนังสือรับรองเอกสารการชำระเบี้ยได้
  4. เลือกบันทึกหนังสือรับรองในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF ลงเครื่อง (Save to device) หริอส่งอีเมลล์ (Email)
  5. กรอกอีเมลที่คุณต้องการจัดส่ง จากนั้นกด ยืนยัน
  6. หนังสือรับรองจะถูกส่งให้คุณในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF ที่สามารถนำไปยื่นลดหย่อนภาษีออนไลน์ได้ทันที ไปยังที่อีเมลล์ที่คุณได้ระบุไว้

 

2. ดาวน์โหลดผ่าน LINE Official Account @Generali Thailand

  1.  Add Line : Generali Thailand แอด Line
  2. เมื่อเข้าสู่ LINE : Generali Thailand แล้ว เลือกเมนูบริการออนไลน์ “ดาวน์โหลดหนังสือรับรองการชำระเบี้ย” หรือพิมพ์ “ลดหย่อนภาษี”
  3. ลงทะเบียนเพื่อใช้บริการข้อมูลกรมธรรม์ผ่านระบบ LINE ด้วยเลขบัตรประชาชน 13 หลัก และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่เคยให้ไว้กับทางบริษัท (ทำครั้งแรกเท่านั้น)
  4. ระบบจะแสดงรายการกรธรรม์ของคุณทั้งหมด สามารถเลือกบันทึกไฟล์ลงเครื่องหรือส่งอีเมลล์
    (การบันทึกไฟล์ .PDF บนเครื่องสำหรับ android สามารถบันทึกลงเครื่องได้เลย ส่วน iOS ขึ้นอยู่กับ Application ที่ ใช้งานบนเครื่อง)
  5. ไฟล์ที่ได้รับจะอยู่ในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF สามารถนำไปยื่นภาษีออนไลน์ได้เลย
