Design and develop a Data Quality Framework to support business decision-making.
Monitor, analyze, and report on data quality from Core Insurance System and Accounting System such as Life Asia, Polisy Asia, Group Insurance System, Sun System, Bonanza system.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Developers to resolve data quality issues.
Create and maintain Data Quality Rules, Validation Scripts, and Automated Monitoring Tools.
Prepare reports and dashboards to present data quality status to management and relevant teams.
Support the establishment of metadata standards and internal data governance practices.
Provide consultation and training to teams on data quality management approaches.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Management.
Understanding of database structures (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL tools.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data standards such as ISO8000, DAMA DMBOK is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have: Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of Machine Learning or Data Profiling Tools. Certifications in Data Management such as CDMP, DGSP.
