The position is mainly responsible for initiating, scoping, planning, controlling, and monitoring company’s strategic projects to ensure that the outcomes are aligned with company strategy.

1. Project Planning and Goal Setting
   
   1. Ensure business cases are well defined and analyzed, options are well explored, and project benefits is thoroughly evaluated.
   2. Ensure the project charter well defined
   3. Develop project plan, define key deliverables, and ensure business benefits tracking by defining post project delivery KPIs
   4. Mobilize project team and ensure that the team understand project scope, cost, time, project plans based on goals, resource needed, risks, time, budget
   5. Develop action plan or activities to be completed
   6. Define deliverables that covers all related parties
2. Project Execution and Governance
   
   1. Tracing deadlines, deliverables, activities, resources, and timelines
   2. Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions, or issues
   3. Mobilize internal project team (Local, Regional & Group level) and external stakeholders (Business Partner, vendor & customers) to ensure on-time delivery within agreed scope and budget
   4. Ensure deliverable satisfy quality gate of the project
   5. Conduct the project steering committee, to report project status, risk, issues, and possible solution to senior management
   6. Effectively manage risk impacting time, cost, and quality
   7. Record minute of meeting and manage execution actions with stakeholders.
3. Process Improvement
   
   1. Identify processes and activities to improve business processes
   2. Analyze AS-IS process / business cases to ensure thorough requirements gathering as well as validate TO-BE to achieve process & efficiency improvement is key.
