Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis for complex business workflows across functions.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; propose solutions with measurable business impact.
Develop As‑Is and To‑Be process maps, and, process documentation following internal standards
Standardize processes across departments to improve efficiency, reduce variation, and increase scalability.
Analyze processes to determine automation feasibility and solution.
Work closely with Smart Automation / IT teams to design end‑to‑end automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution specifications.
Manage improvement and automation projects from initiation to implementation, including scoping, prioritization, planning, development, UAT, and change management
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Process Owners, IT, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, documentation standards, and automation design guidelines.
Support organization-wide continuous improvement culture and coach teams on process excellence.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional transformation projects.
Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as RPA or workflow systems.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong capability in process mapping and improvement methodologies
Understanding of automation technologies and solution design principles.
Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to quantify benefits.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
