AI-Augmented & Agentic Delivery Responsibilities:
Lead AI adoption and intelligent automation to improve productivity, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
Embed AI, Copilot, GenAI, and AI agents across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from business analysis through operations and support.
Drive AI-enabled business capabilities and workflow automation to enhance customer experience, business outcomes, and team effectiveness.
Establish AI-assisted ways of working, build team AI capabilities, and promote continuous learning and innovation.
Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, governance, and measurable business value realization.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, business analysis, systems implementation, application delivery, or technology management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, QA engineers, and external vendors.
Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or digital distribution environments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
Solid knowledge of cloud-based architectures, system integration, APIs, middleware, microservices, databases, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience in application support, incident management, root cause analysis, service reliability, and operational excellence.
Proven track record in technology modernization, process automation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Understanding of information security, IT risk management, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
