Coordinate with Partner Sales Network (Insurance Broker)
Address sales-related issues to maximize business volume in responsible areas.
Deliver sales volume and other key drivers as per target set.
Formulate Sales Plans with Partners
Regularly meet with sales teams of each partner in responsible areas.
Develop and implement sales plans and actions to achieve targets.
Support Sales and After-Sales Processes
Assist sellers with all sales-related matters to ensure smooth sales and after-sales processes.
Initiate Sales Productivity Improvements
Propose and implement new ideas to enhance sales productivity in responsible areas.
Enhance Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques
Improve sellers’ product knowledge and sales techniques through training and support.
Collaborating with Internal Teams
Work closely with Generali’s internal team to find optimal solutions for maximizing business volume.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree: In any related field.
Insurance Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry
A strong broker connection network is advantageous.
Knowledge Areas: Comprehensive understanding of life insurance, health insurance, banking, and investment. Additional knowledge in all of these areas is a plus.
Mobility: Must own a car and be willing to work outside the office.
Communication Skills: Clear communication skills with a positive and Can-do attitude.
