We offer a range of types of coverage, depending on the customer’s individual needs. Our insurance premiums start at only 2,350 Baht per person, per year, making health insurance coverage affordable for nearly everyone in Thailand. 

Everyone who is covered by one of our group insurance plans receives a Group Insurance Card. This card guarantees our customers of being able to seek treatment without having to make any payment upfront at our network of healthcare providers.

Vast Network of Healthcare

Generali Thailand has been able to create a vast network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers that cover all our customer’s healthcare needs all over Thailand. We work together with our network to provide quick and effective health services for our customers wherever in Thailand, they may be located. 

If a customer chooses a healthcare service within our network, they are guaranteed never to see a bill for the healthcare services they receive. 

Fast Assistance is Always Available

Sometimes, particularly in an emergency situation, your choice of healthcare professional or facility may be limited. If a customer of Generali Thailand is faced with an emergency, we have a hotline that operates 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.   

We will answer any questions our customers may have about their insurance coverage. We also guarantee our customer’s medical expense claims will be dealt with by us within 30-minutes of the claim being made. This service allows you to seek treatment without having to worry about any problems of payment.

Privileges of Generali 365

By enrolling in Generali 365, our customers can instantly access valuable information about their particular coverage. This information includes promotional codes on healthcare specials and promotions be hospitals and clinics. 

They can download certificates for the payment of premiums whereby they can apply for tax returns immediately online. 

They also have immediate access to a database that allows them to search for a healthcare provider in our network who is close to their location. They can search either by the name of the facility or by the nearest facility to their location. The database will provide a Google map with the location of the facility.
