Generali Thailand kicks off 2026 with two international accolades

Generali Thailand has started the year on a high note, securing two major honours on the global stage.

Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Thailand, marked the beginning of 2026 by receiving the prestigious “Best Emerging Life Insurance CEO” award at the International Finance Awards 2025, an annual global recognition programm organized by International Finance, a leading UK based business and finance publication. The award recognizes visionary leadership, outstanding organizational management and ability to drive sustainable growth amid intense industry competition and rapid transformation. In addition, Generali Thailand also received the Best Claim Management Company – Life Insurance (Thailand) 2025 award.

This recognition highlights Arsh’s leadership and more than 20 years of executive experience in insurance and asset management across multiple countries in the Asia region. His sharp understanding of economic and financial landscapes, coupled with his ability to apply global best practices to Generali Thailand’s operations, has strengthened the organization’s performance, reinforced stakeholder confidence and supported continuous growth in Thailand.

Generali Thailand also received another prestigious honour, winning Best Claim Management Company – Life Insurance (Thailand) 2025. This accolade reflects the company’s sustained efforts to enhance claims operations through digital transformation and automation, boosting efficiency, speed and transparency. Generali has expanded its cashless service network to more than 750 hospitals and clinics nationwide, enabling customers to access treatment without advance payments. Its robust claims management system consistently processes over 98% of claims within the stipulated timeframe, while serving more than 1.6 million customers across the country.

This success reflects the company’s commitment to delivering a customer experience that lives up to its promise, along with protection at every moment that matters, and were celebrated at a recent ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, where Mr.Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager and CEO of Generali Thailand, Mr.Paisid Chiemchanya, Chief Transformation Officer Ms.Yuwadee Ngantaweekit, Chief Commercial Officer and Ms.Patchamon Manojai, Head of Corporate Strategy and Enablement accepted the honours on behalf of the organisation, highlighting the collective excellence behind the success.
