Generali Thailand Makes Thailand Proud on the Asian Stage, Wins MDRT Awards Reinforcing Excellence in Developing Professional Financial Advisors

Generali Thailand reinforces the strength of its professional financial advisor network while bringing pride to Thailand on the regional stage by winning agent development awards at the 2026 GENERALI ASIA MDRT CONVENTION, held under the theme “Live the Legacy – Passing Success on to the Next Generation of Agents Sustainably” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The achievement reflects the continuous development of agent capabilities while elevating the professional standards of Thailand’s financial advisors to the international level.

During the event, Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Thailand, led the management team and qualified Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) financial advisors to exchange knowledge and experiences with MDRT members from across Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India, with more than 700 participants in attendance. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Giulio Terzariol, Deputy Group CEO, Generali Group; Mr. Santiago Villa, Chief Insurance Business Performance Officer, Generali Group; and Mr. Roberto Leonardi, Generali Asia Regional Officer, together with senior executives from Generali across Asia, who shared their vision for agency network development under the theme “Live the Legacy – Passing Success on to the Next Generation of Agents Sustainably.”

One of the key highlights of the event was Thailand receiving the ROAR Club Country Champion award, the highest honor presented to agency leaders who achieve the highest number of MDRT members in their country, while also playing a role in driving social initiatives through The Human Safety Net (THSN) project. In addition, representatives from Thailand received the Agency Builder Award, presented to agency leaders with outstanding achievements in recruiting and developing new-generation agents. The award is based on the ability to recruit at least one new qualified agent per quarter and maintain at least two qualified agents per month, reflecting Generali Thailand’s capability in developing agency leaders, building a high-quality financial advisor network, and conducting business alongside creating value for society.

The success at the 2026 GENERALI ASIA MDRT CONVENTION not only reflects the capabilities of Thailand’s financial advisors and agency leaders, but also reinforces Generali Thailand’s commitment to building a professional financial advisor network with international-quality standards while driving business growth alongside creating value for customers, society, and the younger generation, which serves as an important foundation for driving the organization’s growth and sustainably elevating the standards of the financial advisory profession.
