At the prestigious International Finance Awards 2023 ceremony, Generali Thailand executives—Ms. Chorfa Yuktanun, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer of Generali Thailand; Mr. Marco Ennilo, Chief Operating Officer; and Mr. Paisid Chiemchanya, Head of Corporate Strategy and Enablement—represented the company in receiving awards. These awards include the Most Innovative ESG Awareness Initiatives Award, recognizing excellence in innovation and creating awareness in the organization with ESG concepts for sustainable organizational development; the Best Insurance Mobile App for Policy Service and Loyalty Program Award, acknowledges excellence in providing services through applications, enabling customers to use insurance services conveniently anytime, anywhere, along with a loyalty program designed to build long-term customer relationships; and the Best Customer Experience Initiatives – CX Technology – Insurance Award, recognizing excellence in service that focuses on creating a good experience for customers.
