Monitoring the client’s policy terms and conditions to be followed with the company’s underwriting guideline.
Contact and negotiate with reinsurer about the coverage extension.
Liaise with stakeholders such as Finance /Group Sales /Reinsurers /Actuarial about the pricing process of Group EB Business.
Group Life, CI and Non-EB Pricing
Coordinate with the distribution channel for product development.
Design and develop products according to the company’s strategy and comply with regulations.
Perform profit analysis to ensure that the product satisfies the company’s profitability requirements and prepare product profit test report to get approval from authorized persons.
Prepare product related documents to get approval from regulators and provide information to relevant departments for implementation.
Review product specifications and sales materials.
Perform post-launched monitoring of new product profitability.
Perform experience study to support product pricing.

Qualification
Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
Experience : At least 3-5 years in Health Pricing or Group Pricing.
Technical Skills : Good understanding of Group business / data and statistic analysis and problem solving skills / Analytical skills and familiar with Group life insurance product / Strong team player with positive attitude and good communication skills / Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
